Just head over to the ABC Family page and look for the Disney Movie Rewards icon [[like the one in the pic to the left]]. You’ll get your points when you click on it.
You have five more hours to get the code for December 4, so hurry and do that.
Enter the code when you sign into your Disney Movie Rewards account.
